A new 200 amp electric service panel has been installed along with new wiring and receptacles throughout. Both exterior doors are steel and insulated. The front porch posts as well as the shutters on the front windows are made from western red cedar and stained to match the décor of the whole house. Many of the houses in this neighborhood have been remodeled including one two blocks away (4 bed 3 bath) that sold for over $220,000. This property is conveniently located about one mile from the Easley Walmart to the East and one mile to downtown Easley to the West.
