Stove, Fridge, Washer and Dryer available RESIDENTIAL LEASE AGREEMENT 1. All Tenants are "jointly and severally" liable for all obligations under this lease. 2. USE & OCCUPANCY: The property is for residential use only. Occupancy is limited to persons who will be determined according to the contract. 7. MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS: Landlord's Duty: Landlord will repair conditions that materially affect the health or safety of an ordinary tenant. LOCAL ORDINANCES (ARLINGTON, TX): Noise: No amplified sound or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Trash: Trash may only be placed at the curb after 7:00 PM the night before pickup. 11.
