My Mother bought this home in 1998 brand new. She lived in this house for the past 22 years and became sick a year ago. I have decided to rent the house, as she will not be able to live in it by herself. The house has some furniture, which you can see in the pictures. It can stay or go. The neighborhood is a private community, Black Mountain Cove. Gated and a nice place to live. No smoking inside house.
