Other utilities (internet, electric, gas) will be divided equally between the current people living in the house. Usually, for the warmer months, it is less than $100/person (closer to $50). During the colder season, it is a bit higher (this depends on the usage of heat). For last year, we divided between 3 people it was usually $100-$120/person.
