You would be my roommate living in a great condo community in Smyrna, GA. I have been here for a few months now and have not had any problems. It is a safe, clean, quiet and a very nice area only a few minutes from Cobb Parkway, Cumberland Mall, the Braves Stadium, etc. Plenty of places to go shopping, find fun things to do and places to go out to eat. I am currently the only one in the property but it is pretty big and I do not really use my additional room. Everyone has to go through a background check, credit check, criminal history, etc. for everyone's safety. Let me know if you have any questions. Due at signing will be last months rent and security deposit. No pets allowed. This property is NOT eligible for Section 8 voucher program.
