Please note that this unit is 750 sq ft basement unit. Floor to ceiling height is 77 inches. One flight of stairs to the unit. Guest's need to come through stairs available at the back side of the unit. Another guests live on the upstairs unit. But both the units are separated by door which is locked on both sides. Door passcode will be provided before checkin time. Please keep it low during quite hours 10 PM to 7 AM since another guests live upstairs. **Things to Note** - Month to month lease - Utilities charged separately - Tenant screening, security deposit, and lease signing are required. Every adult above 18 years of age must apply, pay a non-refundable $45 screening fee per person, and be included on the lease. The tenant screening must meet our requirements. We are happy to send screening criteria prior. - The listed monthly price is a reference actual prices vary per month/season. Please inquire with your intended months of stay. - Strictly NO parties and events (500 fine), quiet hours between 10pm-7am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. - Well-behaved pets are allowed at $50 per pet per month. - We believe our home to be child and family-friendly but the home is not child-proofed. Please do not leave children unattended. - A minimum cleaning charge of $250 will be deducted from deposit after vacating the unit.
