Very nice four bedroom two bath house. As of November 2022 the inside has been repainted, the outside has been repainted, a new deck in the backyard. New toilet, floor tile, and vanity in the smaller bathroom. It has one master bedroom with the bathroom connected. Then the three other rooms have easy access to the second bathroom. I take pride in my rentals, I maintain them to a level where I could move in tomorrow if I wanted to. I would like some renters who will treat it as their own, and love the home. I prefer families and couples or graduate students, it's a quiet older neighborhood most the time, and not really meant for partying. I am pet friendly. Dogs and cats are OK and I don't charge ridiculous fees. There is a spacious fenced backyard as well. If you know the area it's one of the nicest and safest sections of town. 1 mile from Archer Rd, 3 miles to downtown. Quarter mile to UF. Walking distance to Publix, Movies, PDQ, Mi Apa Cuban, GYM and many more. Renter is responsible for damages from pets. Maintaining the property, including yard, all utilities and Internet. Washer and Dryer on site but tenant is responsible for repair or replacement, or they can use their own. Thanks!
