I will also be flexible on the price for the right person. - The condo was recently fully renovated, is nicely furnished, has amazing views, is right next to a trail that leads to town (15 min walk, 5 min bike ride) and close to a bus stop. It's set-up very well for remote working (standing desk, printed, big monitor, etc.) and has nice amenities (e.g. washer/dryer, humidifiers, nice TVs, soaking bathtub, plenty of storage, smart door lock, etc.) - No smoking - No pets unless hypoallergenic - Utilities included if lease is monthly
