    Hello Ashland! We weren't able to find the right fit last time, so posting again: We are looking to rent (or sell!) our house. The address is 303 Palm Ave. 3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom $2200/month, including all utilities (besides internet) Approx 6 month lease now until April/May 2026 Unfurnished, but has all appliances Large, fenced yard Pet friendly (dogs) on a case-by-case basis Large living room with newly refinished oak floors, gas fireplace with brick surround, and barrel vault ceilings. Dining area with oak floors, French doors to the patio and yard, and spiral staircase to the loft. Carpet and closets in all bedrooms, with tall ceilings and skylights in master. We renovated both the kitchen and bathroom in 2022 with all new everything (including appliances) which is all still in excellent condition. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Newly rebuilt deck, fence, and landscaping all completed this fall. Central gas furnace and gas fireplace for heat in the winter. Window and portable A/C units for cooling in the summer. Vinyl windows and newer blown-in insulation help keep the house comfortable year-round. Tons of natural light. One block off Siskiyou near SOU, Ashland High School, and Morning Glory. 15 min walk to downtown. We are looking to do an approximately 6-month lease initially (to late April/early May) to put us back on a "normal" lease cycle. Asking $2200 per month including all utilities except internet with a bit of room for negotiation given the shorter duration of the lease. Tenants will be expected to handle yard maintenance. I do want to be clear that we are not trying to price gouge anyone this rental price does not cover our mortgage. We thought this was going to be our long-term house, but Ashland wasn't the right fit so we ended up moving. Please reach out for additional details or photos! All utilities are included besides internet. Tenants will handle yard maintenance (basic mowing and general cleanup). No smoking. Dogs allowed, but owner approval is required. 6 month lease duration. $2200 security deposit.
