This BRAND NEW tiny home is located at 303 S Arkansas, suite F, Elmore City, Oklahoma. Perfect for a single person, a couple, or the elderly. Being a tiny house it is not suitable for a family or people needing more than 1 room. This brand new house is a 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom, true tiny house at just under 350 sqft of livable space. It has all the amenities of a full-size house, in a lot smaller package. Amenities such as a full-size kitchen, a separate bedroom from the living area with a 5-foot closet, a full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a stackable washer and dryer. We designed this to be as Energy-efficient as possible by putting the highest R value insulation for the walls and roof that the space would allow, Low-E Argon filled vinyl windows, mini split for heating and cooling, and a tankless water heater. The rent will be $850 a month, $850 deposit. We will accept Chickasaw Nation, and we may also entertain Section 8 housing vouchers. Utilities are not included and will be renters responsible, OG&E for power, Elmore City for water, sewer, and trash service. We allow 1 dog under 35 pounds with a pet fee. The insurance company has some stipulations and breed restrictions. NO CATS. NO SMOKING of any kind. Utilities are not included. Renters pays all utilities. NO SMOKING. 1 dog allowed no cats. Everything else we can discuss when it comes time to signing the lease.
