If the only room available does not have a private bath, you have the option to move into another room provided you are current on your rent and you have seniority among other residents. Extras - We have on-site laundry - $1.75 for a load of wash and $1.50 for the dryer. We have a soda pop machine and snack machine on-site. Over thirty cameras provide additional security, as well as, self-locking hallway doors and phone controlled locks for greater safety. We, currently, do not charge for a background check.
