At the same station you can catch VTA transport, which takes you throughout the South Bay. Many large local corporations have shuttle stops here as well -- including the Big G and the Big A. It really is an unbeatable location! Because of rising utility costs, we ask tenants to pay a $125 per month utility surcharge, and note that we also ask tenants to purchase tenant insurance, which typically costs $15 to $20 per month.
