New cabinet with stone countertop - elfa closet materials - storage room outside the unit - electrical fire place (optional) - new hunter Douglas fabric blinds Because we need couple more days to finish the renovation, we did not post pictures but you can come to see the area, and schedule a FaceTime showing to see it while completed. After completion, or if very interested, we will have on-site showing. As of 9/14, we are about 98% completed with the unit and already have candidates who have seen the unit. We will therefore not be accepting this week more candidates. This unit is in the first floor and we live on the second floor and really interested in finding a gentle soul to share our home and outdoor space. We are an Airbnb Superhost with a different property experienced with guests. You would be our permanent guest and we would be be delighted to provide you with a great home. We are couple blocks away from either the Wellington stop or Belmont stop. Area is full of dining and shopping options. We are also few blocks away from Wrigley and actually can hear concerts. We intent to provide the best environment and we expect in return the tenant to be very respectful of our home and peace. 1) We want to lease for a longer term and a minimum of a year lease is required. 2) Renter will be responsible for gas and electricity. We will try to upgrade the water heater to onDemand to lower the cost. 3) Only indoor cats are allowed. Parking in our garage will be available at an extra fees. Street parking is however possible. Your city sticker can be upgraded to include the zone or you can buy a permit. 4) Late fees will apply if the rent is not paid on-time. 5) No smoking is allowed on the property - guests or the tenant. 6) we are sustainable and we will ask to fold and dispose boxes, compost as much as possible and be sure not to attract rodents by disposing trash carefully
