The location is unbeatable--a quick walk to Larimer street, the heart of the Denver food scene. There is a light rail station a block away providing access to the whole city. Coors Field is a quick bike ride, as is the rest of downtown. RiNo and Five Points have both become known for their great food and art. There are plenty of parks in walking distance as well as a public pool that's open all summer! Owner pays for water and trash removal.
