Just 15 mins from downtown or ski area on 3 acres with incredible views of the ski area and the south valley on paved/plowed roads. It is remote and quiet, just the way I like it, so please no party animals or smokers or pets. Ideally I'm looking for a clean quiet individual (at a reduced price) or couple of people max. The unit has a newer refrigerator and stove. It can come partially furnished with 1 bed and other furnishings or can be empty. It's about 1600 sq feet with a big storage space (ping pong room) for bikes, toys, and extra stuff. The unit also has a washer/dryer. Gas, electric, internet, water, garbage, plowing all included. If you want TV you would pay for that. Will consider one quite dog for an extra price. $3000 per month with first and last and a damage deposit Looking for a year lease or longer.
