*Only renting a room, NOT entire house* So I have this majestic estate nestled in the quite suburbs of Evergreen farms where the skies are blue and the flowers...flowery. In my estate lies an used room outfitted with a queen size bed, nightstand, horizontal bookshelf and curtains. The room sizes in at 113 sq. ft. with a walk in closet of 14 sq. ft., which should be enough to fit multiple boxes of Legos with much room left to spare. The face of this incredible room has been painted with new carpet laid to bathe your feet in the same comfort a teddy brings to a sad lonely girl on a Friday night. The location of this room is perfect for all occasions. It is next to the bathroom (which will be shared by two tenants and guests). So by now your thinking "OH EM GEE", this place already sounds great...hold your horses for there is more to tell tales off. You will have the opportunity...nay, the honour (yes going full Brit on that word) to receive the joy that can only be obtained from a complete kitchen, living room with PS3 and Netflix, washer and dryer to clean your jousting gear, and super duper awesome WiFi. There is an attached garage to which, eventually, you will have space to store some things as well as a beautiful, fenced in backyard with a covered concrete area and an in-ground pool. There is a grill, but you may have to barter with the existing roommate to use it. Well many wars have been fought over this land, and many monsters had to be slain, however, as the mighty king and ruler I have decreed that this estate be open to a newcomer. What is required in order to posses the rightful honor to call this your residence? You must have a solid source of revenue (sugar momma/daddy is acceptable) Must be an individual who takes pride and finds joy in cleanliness Preferably someone who is not at the peak of his/her party days (I am great in bed, and in order to maintain that greatness I must practice my sleeping every night) An active individual, or someone who is simply fun to be around is a plus Religion is no mandate, however, I will not encourage paganism...so keep your voodoo dolls elsewhere We are two guys so odds are another guy would be most welcome...however, a female roommate idea may be entertained. No couples, one room for one individual. Non-smoker is highly preferred. The owner: I am in my mid 20's and a graduate of MTSU working as an Engineer right now. I put in 50 hours a week on average and do a little traveling every now and again. I am pretty handy with tools and love to go bicycle riding or hiking or hit the gym. I am not a health "freak" (my diet wouldn't support such an idea) but I do try to be healthy. The existing roommate (brother): My brother in his early 30's, who practically runs a small division for a fortune 500 company. He's schedule allows him to be home more often, however, he likes to go out and enjoy life too. He too is very handy with tools and extremely pro-active on things that need done around the house. Great cook and enjoys cooking fairly regularly. The brothers: We were raised with cleanliness in mind and as such like to maintain a clean a somewhat organized house. We both go to church (not the same one) and are involved as much as our individual free time allows. We get along with most everyone and enjoy friendly, happy-to-be-alive company. Have no pets in or out of the house. So what is the privilege tax of living here? $650. This will include: furnished room, electricity, water, and internet The house is located off Saint Andrews Drive about 3 or so miles from the Kohls The neighborhood is nice and quite. I have a two car driveway, but you will be perfectly fine parking on the road. You want it? Go ahead and reply here (if possible) or to my Craigslist post: http://nashville.craigslist.org/roo/4157217068.html
