It's on the same property with a separate house which my wife and I are living in. You will have your own separate entrance and private yard and also a shed that you will have full access to for more storage. Two blocks from the western canal path for biking, running, rollerblading, etc. My wife and I are working professionals in our early 30's. We have a small dog who is very friendly. We are both clean, quiet and easy-going. First months rent and security deposit of $1,000 will be due at the start of the lease. Security deposit is fully refundable upon move-out. We would prefer a one year lease, but understand everyone has a different situation so we can be flexible. $40 background check per applicant is non-refundable.
