Our lake cottage is a cute, cozy get away on the north east end of Lake Lanier. This is a great area with light boat traffic to make boating, tubing, skiing and fishing very enjoyable! It comes completely furnished and ready to use immediately. There are two bedrooms with king sized beds and one bedroom with twin bunk beds. The kitchen is also fully stocked and ready to use. The beds will even be made up so you could be in the house the night after closing! Down the hill from the house is the single slip dock at the wide end of a cove. A boat launch at Little River Park around the corner from the house makes launching a boat or jet ski easy to do! The fire pit in the backyard is a great place to gill hot dogs or make s'mores after a day out on the water. The street our house is on is across Hwy 11/129 from Laurel Park where events ranging from national fishing tournaments to 4th of July fireworks are held. We are only 3 miles from the kayaking venue created for the 1996 Olympics held in Atlanta and right down the road from the brand new Gainesville branch of the Botanical Gardens!
