DETAILS Less than 20 miles from Steamboat, Stagecoach is a hidden gem - lots of opportunities for recreation, a gorgeous remote mountain setting, all with easy access to the nearby Stagecoach State Park and the town of Oak Creek, as well as a short drive to Steamboat Ski area, Old Town hot springs, and more! This is a shared home, and the owner (me!) and my pup live primarily in Denver and are here part-time (I work remotely), making it a great option for someone who is a responsible/respectful roommate - whether it's a summer escape to the mountains or a longer-term living situation. There's also the nice perk of having the place to yourself part-time as well! The monthly rent includes all utilities including 100Mbps+ high-speed fiber internet (great if you're looking to work remotely!) On the main level, you'll walk in to a space that includes the dining room, kitchen, laundry area, and powder room. Tall of the kitchen appliances are new upgrades, including a double oven and induction range (as well as a fully stocked kitchen with spices, pots, pans, etc - I love to cook & grill!) Up a half flight of stairs, you'll find the main living room, complete with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace (amazing & oh so cozy!), and an outdoor balcony. The upstairs bedroom/bathroom (mine) are located on this level as well. Downstairs, you'll find your bedroom (with a queen bed, desk, and large dresser), your own full bathroom, and the den, with a large sectional sofa (includes a pull-out mattress for guests), basic gym equipment (barbell, plates, bench and dumbbells) along with a classic air hockey table. Outside, we have large decks on both the front & back sides of the townhome. In front, you'll find a dining table (perfect for morning coffee on sunnier days) as well as a propane fire pit. Out back (accessed via a door from the den), savor the views (and a meal!) on a custom XL dining table on the fully-fenced deck. We've done our best to make our space friendly and welcoming for everyone (this includes paddleboards for summer and XC ski gear in the winter!) 30 Day, Month-to-Month or 6-12 month options available.
