This house is HUGE! But it's a fixer upper it needs a new roof and porch redone. Electrical needs redone and some plumbing. The neighborhood is not bad it is in historical Northeast KC. The bedrooms are big. One on the main floor and three on the second floor. The attic is the full length of the house and has also been used as a bedroom. Tub in bathroom on second floor and shower on the first floor. There are two fire places in the house and if you plan to use them they need updated. It definitely needs some love. We just couldn't afford the repair needed we did do some wall repair. Water heater is about three years old furnace needs a blower motor. The yard is small but backyard is fenced in. There is no carpet it is all hardwood floors throughout the house.
