Gas heating, forced central air + gas fireplace in the dining room. Tenants will have access to the garage and the backyard. Tenants will reimburse homeowner for all utilities except internet and 1 trash can per week (increased trash needs will be at the tenant's expense). Snow removal is a one time fee of $700 and mandatory. Pets will be considered with an additional $500 deposit (refundable) per pet.
