Beautiful house with so much space. Total transparency: we live here and it is not staged, but it is clean. We would love to schedule an appointment for you to come see it! Also, we have solar that was purchased in October of 2022 after we moved in in July of 2022. Buyer can take over the loan with the same interest rate that we purchased it at (1.49%!) The monthly payments are $197.75 which is a lot less than paying APS. We also have blink cameras through Amazon so if you want to continue using those, that subscription will need to be transferred to the buyer as well (autorenewal blink subscription is $100 annually).
