Easy access to 110 FWY via PCH. No smoking. Sorry, no pets. Appliances: Stove and Dishwasher. Laundry: Hookups in kitchen (tenant must measure dimensions ahead of time). This is an older house, so most newer appliances are too big. There are, however, washing machines and dryers that fit. Owner pays for gardener. Gardener comes once every two weeks.
