This is a 2 BR / 2 BA apartment. I'm moving to Salt Lake at the end of October and I'm looking for someone to move into my room. So, there is one bedroom available in this two bedroom apartment. The apartment is spacious with tons of natural light and incredible views of downtown, the Bay and Sea World fireworks. We have a garage that has been great for parking and storage. 5-minute walk to Little Italy. Roommate (living in other bedroom) is very chill, tidy and quiet. I have had no issues with him. Lease is month to month, but the landlord prefers tenants who intend to stay for longer periods of time (They just don't like 12 month leases for some reason). I've been here for 4 years and the rent has only been raised once by $75. The landlord is very easy to deal with and has been responsive the couple of times we had issues that needed repairs. The apartment will be partially furnished. My roommate will be keeping some of the living room furniture. If you would like to keep some of the furniture in the pictured bedroom, we can discuss.
