500 sq ft 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with private patio. **Please just show up to the open houses listed below, we will not be arranging private showings** This unit is the bottom floor of a two-story house. The second floor has another unit that is usually empty (used occasionally by our friends and family). The stairwell, laundry closet, and roof deck are shared between the top and bottom units. The building is in the back of a lot that has another house in front. We (the owners) live in the front house. The building was completed in April 2025. Private outdoor spaces: 1. A private deck that connects seamlessly to the kitchen with a huge door that folds and slides fully out of the way. 2. A deck on the roof with views of Mount Tam (on a clear day, it was foggy when we took the photo!) Heating and air conditioning, with independent zones in the bedroom and living room. In-unit full size washer and dryer. The bathroom has heated floors. ## Application Process 1. Viewing the space Open houses will be held only during the following times: Saturday March 14, 10 AM - Noon Sunday March 15, 2 PM - 4 PM Please note: there will be no private showings in addition to the open houses. 2. Reviewing applications Interested applicants should send their name, occupation, income, and a copy of their credit report (which you can get at annualcreditreport dot com) 3. Virtual interview After reviewing those applications we'll schedule a time to talk via Google Meet with applicants who we think will be a good fit We will decide on a tenant after interviewing applicants 4. Formal credit and background check As a final check before offering to sign a lease, we'll ask you to apply via Zillow, which will cost you $35 per person and include an official credit report and background check Included in price: Garbage, water, and internet (gigabit fiber) are included in the rent. Not included in price: Electricity. Lease term: Minimum 6 months. Applicants willing to sign for 12 months will be preferred.
