That being said, it is in a great location. Less than 1.5 hours from LAX. Its in a gated city with security. This is our vacation home and is fully furnished with basic furniture. It sleeps 10 or less. I'll consider all durations. It is lakefront with amazing views and a covered dock. It's on the east bay and swimming / fishing is allowed right off our dock. There are 4 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, pool table, and a beat up ping pong table. I have a ski boat and would consider including it for an additional $1000 per month. Boat training / license would be mandatory. Owner pays POA. Tenant pays electric and water
