House has good natural lighting throughout. All rooms are recently painted white. The bathroom was remodeled a year ago. Only one other person (me, 30 year old female) and dog in the house. Third room is used as an office for working from home. Open to renting two rooms/1 bathroom as well for $1200 $900 a month utilities included. 6 month lease but can renew to a one year lease if we're a good fit.
