I will be living in the other bedroom and using the other bathroom. Those rooms have a big 4k TV, a large L shaped couch, an expandable dining room table, a Bluetooth stereo, a Blu-ray player, tea carts, a mirror, and a printer. This tenant only needs to bring clothes, toiletries, towels, and all kitchen supplies (like utensils, plates, bowls, cups, pots, and pans.) No smoking or hard drug use allowed inside or around the house. Street parking is available. No pets are allowed. A rent reduction is possible if you watch the downstairs pets when it's needed. Rent and security deposit due before you can move in. Rent is due at the 1st of every month. You must pay for a quarter of all of the utilities.
