I love listening to the birds right after the rain, and the way the sunshine streams into the kitchen, being able to sit on the front porch and enjoy privacy, quietude and the cool shade from the decorative trees. The bamboo flooring in the living and dining room melds perfectly w/ the newly installed hardy faux bamboo flooring. The dining area is the perfect space for cozy candlelight meals and late conversations. The bedrooms are VERY SPACIOUS, and with a tiny lift of a sill, you can hear the songs of nature. There is plenty of clean storage-inside and off the patios for your projects and memorabilia. I love the patios where I can marry potted herbs and add zest to every meal. CONVENIENCE: I love running over to the French Broad River, a straight shot to downtown, the easy drive to the airport, shopping and the CONVENIENCE of having my property so well taken care of by the HOA. It makes budgeting that much simpler...Lastly, the Sellers want YOU to be happy. So please enjoy your visit and stay awhile...
