When we bought our home in 2019 it needed some updating. It has all new floors, baseboards, doors. The windows were replaced with Hurricane double pane windows by New South. The master bath was taken down to the studs and completely remodeled. The guest bath was partially remodeled. Entire home inside and out was freshly painted. All new Bosch appliance’s were installed in the kitchen. Along with LG washer and dryer. We added a generator and the roof was replaced in 2022.
