Lease Signing Lease and rider will be sent to all parties for review and signature. 4. Initial Payment First month's rent (or prorated rent, if applicable) collected once the lease is fully executed. 5. Submission to Management Applicant submits the complete lease package in person, along with required fees. 6. Management Approval Approval typically takes 23 weeks.
