This was a nice historic house is very safe cul de sac, walking distance to park, tennis courts, city hall. Thanks to the last tenant, Vanessa Cawston, this house will need new carpeting or more likely pull off the carpets and reveal the old-growth tongue-in-groove Doug Fir floors, should you wish! New roof and new bathroom done in 2019 by local contractors, but again, thanks to Vanessa Cawston, this new bathroom needs a really good cleaning. She apparently does not know how to use a toilet brush or do any sort of basic cleaning. How she could let her son live in such filth is beyond me, but according to the neighbors, she left him alone for days at a stretch. To anyone in the Grand Coulee or Coulee Dam area, be aware that "Vanessa Cawston" will not pay rent and will damage your property, and will leave you with unpaid utility bills. She will also probably have people not on the lease living in the property. If you would like someone to ruin your property, I highly recommend "Vanessa Cawston", who also goes by "Venessa Cawston" and "Vanessa Rae Cawston". However, I am grateful to the "Colville Confederated Tribes" for paying the two and a half months of utility bill and rent that she was prepared to walk away from, even though she received the $5,000.00 stimulus the Colville Tribes gave to each member. Definitely protect yourself and your property and ask for references and a credit report from Ms. Cawston, neither of which she will provide. IF she does, contact me with proof and I will send you $100.00.
