All new kitchen appliances and hot water heater. Sorry no washer/dryer or hook-ups but laundromats close-by. 1 space for off street parking for this unit. Required for move in...first month's rent plus a 850 security deposit. There is a 45 rental application fee. Sorry - not accepting dogs at this time.
