The garage is not part of the rental but will have a little space available for storage if needed. The layout has vaulted ceiling and a newly remodeled bathroom. The great room space is open concept with the kitchen/living room and dinette area in one. There is a sliding door access to the private fenced in yard and all connected with decks. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse the sand and salt off when returning from the beach. Renters will have access to a washer/dryer and a small storage area if needed. There is ample parking in the alley behind the house and close to the entrance. The unit is furnished with a queen sized, nightstands, dresser, couch, chair and tables. The rent DOES NOT include utilities that typically range about $150/month. I am offering month-to-month rentals for Sacret Heart and Military Personnel a but can offer a 1-year lease if preferred. Interested renters must submit an application that will include a background check. There is a one month security deposit required before taking possession of the property. I will also require that renters carry renter's insurance with a liability policy.
