This was the main bedroom, so the room is enormous! With that, you'd get another bedroom and your bathroom. With that, a front room and a living room area can be shared, or you even have to yourself! You'd practically have the entire upstairs to yourself! Rent must be paid before or on the 5th of each month. Smoking is allowed, but outside on the porch. There are no pets currently here, but a dog may stay occasionally. Quiet hours on weekdays start at 11:00 pm. We could adjust this if need be.
