The fully furnished apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, full-size fridge, pots, pans, and utensils for your cooking needs. Enjoy your meals on the small bar area with two stools or unwind in the living room, complete with a Smart TV and a cozy sofa that can also accommodate an extra guest. Casa Khalo Studio takes care of your every requirement, providing a fully stocked coffee bar, linens, towels, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. The sleeping arrangements include a comfortable queen bed with a nightstand, a twin day bed with a roll-out trundle bed, and ample closet space for storage. In the bathroom, you'll find a refreshing shower along with a selection of fully stocked shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels are also provided. Pets are welcome with a fee of $120 per stay per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. We can accommodate either 1 large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs). Pets must be kenneled and house trained. All pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the home. Pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste in our garbage receptacles outside of the home. Pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets, and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals. Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid. Beyond the comforts of Casa Khalo Studio, you'll discover an incredible location that offers an array of experiences. Walkable to Corpus Christi beaches, you can easily soak up the sun or take a leisurely stroll along the shoreline. Downtown's vibrant scene awaits, with numerous restaurants, bars, and cafes such as Lucy's, Executive Surf Club, and Dokyo Dauntaun just steps away. Enjoy the nearby biking and running trail along the Seawall, providing breathtaking views for sunrise or sunset outings. While living here, you may occasionally experience foot traffic and siren noises due to our close proximity to downtown and major facilities like the police station, fire station, and hospital. These sounds are a natural part of life in a bustling, central area. However, we've ensured that your comfort is not compromised. Once you've finished exploring the city, you can return to your cozy, fully equipped home where you can prepare meals in your kitchen and unwind while streaming your favorite TV services. No smoking allowed, subject to a $200 fine for violations and immediate eviction. No parties or events allowed, with a maximum of 4 guests. Violations will result in immediate eviction. Check-in is any time after 4pm and check-out is at 11am. A $75 initial late fee applies for guests that do not check out by 11am and $40 per hour thereafter. Trash must be placed in the provided trash receptacle located in back of property. $55 extended stay (6 or more nights) cleaning fee every week will be charged. Guests may not have any personal mail, items, or packages delivered to the home without express written consent of the host. Any items left behind will incur a minimum trip fee charge of $25 plus the cost of shipping. Includes a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. A laptop computer is not included.
