Onto our family... we bought this home just before Christmas of 2017, just a few months after the birth of our second child, Dominic. We are selling because we want more space to accommodate our family (my mother lives with us, too) and we plan on expanding with another child in 2019! Here are some of the great benefits of this home: a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout that is a 3 minute drive from Travelers Rest High School, the Swamp Rabbit Trail and a number of great restaurants in downtown Travelers Rest. A fenced-in backyard will accommodate pets and children alike. This house was purchased in great condition from the previous owner and our plan is to sell it in that same condition.
