Ask about the multiple rent deductions that are available. Ask for an application. No application fee. Limit of 2 occupants in the unit. Separate utilities, so you have control over your NIPSCO bill. Storage space is available, but not a part of the lease agreement. 6-Month Lease, but am open to anything that we both agree upon.
