    What's special

    The bedroom comes furnished with a bed desk shelf and dresser. It has a closet to hang clothes. The room faces the street and has two windows one facing south and one facing east. It's very nice in the morning. It has a hardwood floor so it is easy to clean. 6 month lease with the following rules: No smoking inside, vaping is allowed. Occasional drinking is allowed but not consistent everyday drinking. Illegal drugs are not allowed on the property. No parties in the house. Kickbacks or get togethers will be allowed if they are planned at least a week ahead of time. Strangers are not allowed in the house. Guests will be allowed in the house. Guests must be introduced to me personally. Must be willing to occasionally watch/feed dogs for a day or days at a time and allow dogs in the house when weather is too cold. Must keep space clean and help with chores (i.e. dishes, housekeeping, cleaning bathroom, cleaning bedroom, etc..) Must pay rent & utilities on time. Deposit must be paid with first month of rent. Rent and utilities must be paid each within 5 business days of the first of the month, if it is not the renter will be given 2 weeks to vacate the premises or pay rent plus $20 a day for late fees and utilities plus $10 a day for late fees. Deposit will be kept if renter does not pay final month of rent or if a mess is left, cost to professionally clean will be deducted from deposit and/or entire deposit may be kept by me. If renter does not pay rent within a month of rent, they will have 2 weeks to vacate property with all their belongings or I will remove belongings and I will change locks to the doors. Renter has 1 week to perform cleaning duties or $50 cleaning fee will be instituted. Renter must consent to being recorded on doorbell camera recordings at exterior of front door for security reasons. After 6 month lease, renter may rent room month to month if they have plans to vacate or sign another 6 month lease with pending changes to rules mentioned above.
