For the most part it's a good house I lived in there for 30 years my husband went to go to remodel and the ceiling that was caving in and get a new ceiling for us but it was too much damaged there is about a size of let's say four full size gallons of paint can I would say a 12x12 maybe 16x16 hole in the roof and one of the bedrooms that are four bedrooms two upstairs two downstairs central air downstairs central air in one room upstairs and then there's a room upstairs with no insulation so my husband used it as a workout room and for a safe room
