New circuit breaker box and wiring from outside done by licensed electrician. New shower, tub, toilets. I bought it hoarded out, I cleaned it out, took 6 weeks. Did a bunch of stuff. Rented it to someone who was going to do paint and work for rent. I had to evict him. House needs work. Mostly cosmetics. Good metal roof. Cash or trade for motorhome. May do contract for half down.
