Thoughtfully designed and built with high-end finishes, this fully furnished 220-square-foot studio feels surprisingly spacious thanks to 14' vaulted ceilings, four beautiful skylights abundant windows in front and back of the unit. The queen-sized murphy bed is super comfy and there is a large 6-drawer dresser. The main living space includes a full kitchen, smart TV with streaming services, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dresser, and a mini-split system providing both heating and air conditioning. A tenant enjoys a private separate entrance with a modern security keypad access. As you exit your studio front door you are led to a little private area where you'll find a swinging bench for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A dedicated front parking space is all yours and there is also some additional street parking nearby should I guest pop by. Laundry (brand new washer and dryer) is available weekly on an agreed upon day of the week. We have a lot of beautiful trees & gardens/flower around the home too which add to the beauty and also the home is situated on a horseshoe-shaped street. We have the most warm and inviting neighbors who always want to help one another. This vibe is hard to find and we are so happy we can extend that to you too. Located in Southwest Portland, you'll enjoy easy access to OHSU, the VA Hospital, Providence, downtown Portland, Beaverton, Nike, Intel, Multnomah Village, Hillsdale, shopping, restaurants, parks, and miles of outdoor recreation. Main area has a queen murphy bed which you can have up or down. Full chef's kitchen w/quartz counters, tons of kitchen cabinets/lazy susan.
