Twelve mins to downtown & twenty two mins to Red Rocks Amphitheater. All utilities included in rent except for internet. Deposit is same as rent and is due upon move in. Myself and my nineteen yr old son along with our two small dogs & two cats live here. Cats stay in our rooms. My son is looking for work and I work full time from morning to evening so you probably won't see me very much at all and he's a gamer so he's mostly in his room. The dogs are friendly and are considered like my kids as well so please treat them respectfully and don't give them any food or treats outside of what I supply for them to eat. When the weather improves I'm hoping to get a small food garden going in the backyard and also plan on enjoying frequent BBQing on the grill. I love to play video games & board games occasionally too! There is one off street parking available for you as well. We do have cameras watching the front & back doors & our parking spots & one in the common area to check on the dogs while I'm at work. Month to month text agreement with me, I am the lease holder. Deposit refunded upon move out as long as no damages to the property. If for any reason it doesn't work out you will be given at the very least 30 days to move out but longer if necessary. Rent is due on the 1st of every month but is considered late after the 7th and late fees will apply at that point.
