Extra cleaning fees apply if your pet causes excess mess or damage. POLICIES: Maximum occupancy of 2 people, both of whom must be listed on the lease. Monthly cleaning checks will be conducted. Occasional noise in the upstairs unit and low ceilings in some areas. Smoking is prohibited. Security Deposit: Required and refundable upon meeting lease terms. A cleaning fee of $300 will be deducted.
