You'll be within walking distance of everything you need. Go for a morning walk or run and admire some of the old victorian houses on the block. Sit on the porch for a perfect view of the city. The house is within walking distance of the Broncos Stadium and the Meow Wolf art exhibit (2 blocks), Breweries (Little Machine and Briar Common), Sloans Lake, and all of the restaurants and bars near Jefferson Park (Jefferson Park Pub, Sexy Pizza, Sarto's etc.). You'll also be within walking distance of a Safeway. Downtown Denver is only a quick 7-minute Lyft ride away. The Highlands, another trendy neighborhood, is only 5-minutes away. We are right near two major freeways that will take you to the mountains (25 and 70), and only 1 hour to the nearest ski resort. This neighborhood has everything you need for an enjoyable stay while you're here for an extended period of time. We pride ourselves on being attentive yet flexible landlords. We expect this rental to move quickly. Renter pays for water (typically around $50), gas and electric ($50-$75). No smoking in the house, please. Well-behaved pets are welcome for a one-time non-refundable $300 pet fee (note that there is a doggy door on site that leads to a nice large grassy backyard). Plenty of street parking is available in the neighborhood, usually right in front of the house. You'll have to apply for a parking permit through the city of Denver. We're looking for a 1-year lease minimum (available with flexible start dates). Tenant pays for background check.
