You will be living with two other people (a female nursing student and male working professional) and a small dog. The unit is part of a small condo complex (13 units), has a spacious living room, and you will you have your own spot in a detached garage. The entire unit is furnished including the room to rent, with a walk-in closet. There are coin operated washers and dryers for the complex. The location is great for students as it is 2 miles from campus and right around the corner from the bus stop. It's also very close to the beach (about a 20 minute walk). Small dogs and cats are welcome. There is a deposit of $650.00 upon moving in. The incoming resident will take over the lease for the previous room mate, which ends on July 1, 2015.
