Our condo is equipped with linens, new washer & dryer, a fully equipped Kitchen, Roku TV, and DirecTV Streaming and a 1950's Jukebox in the Living Room. Grocery Shopping, Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center are all within a mile. These are great close amenities for a barrier island. This area of Melbourne Beach has incredible surfing and fishing and is so serene it is the perfect place to come to relax and unwind. Minimum 30-day leases, January, February & March renters are welcome, three-month rentals are preferred for these months but not a must. Utilities are included. This is our home that we rent so it's in impeccable condition. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Linens, towels and beach towels are provided. Bedrooms are equipped with televisions as well as the living room. Beach chairs are also provided. Off Season rents are lower at $4,000 per month.
