This apartment is one of my favorites because of the ambiance it offers. What can I say about the apartment: there are 2 elevators and a laundry room. It is larger than many one bedroom apartments in New York. It is a STUDIO with a one-bedroom feel. It has a small foyer, LARGE livingroom/bedroom area, galley kitchen with separate dining area, bathroom and separate dressing area. Technically that is 5 rooms. The living room can be divided into a bedroom and common area. There is a dressing area in the bathroom area, and the closet space is more than adequate. It is close to public transportation, both buses and train. The neighborhood offers a lot of shopping which includes Target, and a number of other popular stores.
