New 12-month lease start date: September 13, 2018 The barstools and IKEA kitchen island are for sale and can be left for the next tenant (recommended for additional kitchen storage) There is an application and $50 application fee that goes to management. Upon approval, there is a one-month security deposit in addition to first month's rent.
