    What's special

    Home was remodeled about 5 years ago, had an extra bathroom put in. None of the plumbing works besides the new bathroom and the toilet in the main bathroom. Other than that main bathroom sink, main bathtub, and kitchen sink won't drain out the house. Laundry connections leak so can't hook any washers up (tried with two washers). Ants actually come up from the outside into the house from the main bathroom bathtub faucet. Something funky is going on with the electrical, even when not in everyday use the bill is 250+ that's when not using heating or cooling. Half the plugs don't work but all the lights do. Leak under the house under kitchen area, sometimes leaks so much will flood the yard and neighbors driveway (but that leak was stopped up recently). Some holes in walls, all inside door locks besides 2 are broke (wood splitters). One window broke, needs replacing. One window has cracks. No screens in windows, no screen doors. Vegetation in back yard is ridiculous so there's lots of mosquitos and bugs get in (spiders, ants, big roaches that fly, crickets, ect.) Don't think the house is sealed properly. Dishwasher will turn on but leaks as well.
